Doesn't Work and Directions are for Something Else

Can't get the device to work. I tried for 2 hours. The buttons don't activate the modes. Fairly sure the device is defective and have asked for a refund. Would not order again.

Issues

Same issue as previous reviewer. Buttons are erratic

button issues

the collar works fine, keeps my dog from barking. But it’s almost impossible to use any of the buttons on the collar. The power button does not allow to turn off the collar, and the mode button sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. I know it’s cheap, and I needed a quick fix, but I am not sure if the automatic feature works or not either.
