● We may process a replacement for your item if the request is within the 7 day period after delivery.
● We will process 1 free replacement for your item due to a size issue.
● We will process a replacement for a damaged item after we investigate the cause of the damage. If it is found that the damage is not due to our negligence, we will not process a replacement or full refund.
● We will not process a replacement for a custom because you do not like the final result. Before placing the order, make sure to put or include all the details correctly and make sure that you like everything (designs, materials, etc.).
