I am giving 4 stars because I recently received this series collar and remote as a gift for Christmas being our old one pooped out. I love this brand, and I love how pet friend with shock and no shock options. It’s super affective with our dog Frank. BUT sadly I only had it about 4-5 months and the remote finally died and now it won’t work. Won’t hold a charge but says it’s charging and I’m really bummed because it was a gift during a time of when I didn’t have the money to replace our old one.
My friend ordered it the PatPet on Amazon. Shipped fast, easy set up, worked amazing until the remote died and now won’t work at all. Now we sit with an unused collar and remote. I seen you guys only had a 30 day return policy, and I have the receipts from my neighbor from her purchase on Amazon. I’d love to contact support to see if we can just do a swap of the remote but I don’t want to dive into something if your policy is only 30 days and I don’t want to spend 40 dollars just for a replacement remote. No offense! Overall great product, love it , I’ve had patpet products for a little over two years and have no complaints besides this small set back with the remote. & it’s very stylish which I love! Thank you!
